How will I stream my content?

Once you sign up to one of our streaming services, you will receive instructions via email containing the app you need to install and the code you need to use to activate your device.

How do I install the app on my Amazon Firestick?

First step you will need to install Downloader app on your Firestick then go to (Settings, My FireTV, Developer Options, ADB debugging ON, Apps from Unknown Sources ON) last type the app APK URL into the Downloader app. You will receive the APK URL via email.

Is this service only for movies?

No, although we do have thousands of movie titles, StreamGo Plus offers a wide range of TV Shows, PPV, TV Channels, and Live TV from North America and South America. Enjoy English and Spanish live TV.

Will the programming buffer due to internet streaming?

Yes buffering will occur but you will have a much better experience when you have an internet speed of at least 50 mbps and using a Amazon Firestick 4K.

Are there any cancelation fees?

None whatsoever!

Are there any setup fees?

No set up fees, no contracts, no strings attached. Experience your TV how it was meant to be with StreamGo Plus.

How long does my account activation take?

Once you have an activation code on screen you will need to send us a message or call us and give us your activation code so we can activate your account or free trial. Once you provide us with the activation code, your service will be ready to stream in minutes!

Are there any late fees?

Absolutely not! Our streaming services are month-to-month requiring you to manually make a payment. You may also subscribe to our automatic payment option for uninterrupted service, however there aren’t any late fees if your card doesn’t go through successfully upon the monthly renewal.
